Job summary

Hunter Savage in Belfast is seeking a Human Capital Change Manager / Associate Director to lead HR and organisational change projects for diverse client organisations. The role sits in the People and Change team on a permanent basis with hybrid working options.

You will develop work plans, manage project teams and financials, and deliver strategic recommendations while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in Ireland and internationally.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of HR consulting, corporate HR, or related experience.
• Experience across HR advisory, organisational design, workforce planning, operating models or change management.
• Strong programme and project management capability with knowledge of Agile, Scrum or PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• A third level degree and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A recognised change management qualification would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of client HR and change projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop work plans, manage project teams and financials, and deliver high quality reports and presentations.
• Conduct research, lead workshops, analyse complex issues and provide strategic recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders in Ireland and internationally.
• Contribute to proposals, business development, methodologies and thought leadership.
