Job summary

TP ICAP Belfast seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to translate business objectives into people strategies that drive performance and transformation. You will partner with senior leaders, shape workforce plans, organisational design and culture initiatives while ensuring effective risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• Strategic HRBP supporting senior leaders in complex organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading change, transformation and design initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen aligning people strategy to business objectives.
• Experience in workforce planning, succession and talent management.
• Analytical with workforce data to influence outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of employee relations, employment law and risk.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels while maintaining trust.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationships.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people plans that support business objectives.
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and leadership capability.
• Translate strategy into actionable people priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee engagement.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, HR Operations and governance committees.
• Drive culture, inclusion and leadership accountability across client groups.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and people risk management.
• Support global transformation programmes and data-informed decisions.
