You will manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and collaborate with clients to drive transformation initiatives across public and private sectors.

The role requires 7+ years post-qualified experience in consulting or corporate settings, with strong skills in organisational design, change management, and HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years post-qualified experience in consulting or corporate roles.
• Strong expertise in organisational design, change management and HR strategy.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale change programmes and operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex HR and organisational change projects, ensuring strategic alignment.
