Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Change Lead in the Talent & Organisation practice to drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness for HR transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with business, HR and project teams to deliver sustainable change, while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance adoption, training and communications. This role demands strong change management and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management, HR Transformation, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications, and adoption planning activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that explain the impact of technology-enabled change on employees, processes, and ways of working.
• Passion for leveraging AI and proven experience applying AI-powered tools to support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
