Job summary

Online Education Services is seeking an HR Business Partner to work with leaders across the UK, blending strategic partnering with hands-on workforce support. You will advise on organisational design, recruitment, employee relations, performance, engagement, reward and workforce planning, while guiding stakeholders through a modern, self-service HR model.

You will partner with global People & Culture teams and ensure compliant HR practices, with a hybrid model requiring two days in Birmingham

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ER practices.
• Experience partnering with leaders on performance, talent and organisation matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UK leaders, providing practical, commercially-focused people advice.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment and talent initiatives.
• Lead annual people cycles including performance, talent, reward and engagement.
• Manage employee relations, case management with consistency and fairness.
• Support health, safety and workplace compliance activities in the UK office.
• Coach leaders on HR processes, policies and self-service tools.
• Identify and escalate people risks and compliance issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with global People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams.
