Job summary

Artis Recruitment is partnering with a national education-sector organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner who will influence and shape people strategy across the business.

You will work with senior leaders, delivering practical, commercially-focused HR solutions, supporting development initiatives, coaching managers, and driving engagement to help the organisation maximise its people.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and coaching skills.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to people challenges.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery.
• Ideally experience within education or a related people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver effective people solutions.
• Provide proactive, commercially focused HR advice across a broad range of people matters.
• Support organisational development, employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
• Coach and develop managers to build capability and confidence.
• Contribute to people projects and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
