Job summary

University Schools Trust in East London is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People Directorate. You’ll provide strategic and operational HR support across allocated schools, partnering with Headteachers and senior leaders to shape staffing, culture and workforce planning.

You’ll lead complex employee relations, support organisational change programmes and deliver leadership development, succession planning and OD initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strategic and operational HR support.
• Ability to lead complex employee relations matters.
• Experience partnering with school leaders and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support across allocated schools.
