Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work with operational leaders across education services, delivering expert advice on employee relations, development, and people management. You will lead strategic HR projects, support organisational change, and ensure policies stay compliant and effective.

The role requires coaching and influencing managers, managing complex ER matters, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the organisation.

Qualifications

• CIPD level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong generalist HRBP background with business partnering focus.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to provide expert HR advice.
• Lead employee relations, organisational development and change initiatives.
• Coach managers to improve performance and develop capability.
• Deliver or oversee HR projects and training for managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Produce HR data to inform decisions and track People Plan progress.
• Manage and mentor HR Officers and Assistants.
