Job summary

The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking a confident HR Business Partner to join our central team, supporting leaders across our educational establishments. You will align HR strategy with organisational goals, lead on complex employee relations, and drive development and change initiatives to strengthen performance and culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven experience as HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Advisor.
• Experience handling complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
• Collaborative, proactive communicator with excellent stakeholder management.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to drive improvement.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
