Artis Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a remote-first role with travel to the HQ in Gloucestershire and occasional travel to other UK locations. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver people solutions, coach managers, and lead organisational development and engagement initiatives within the education sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and coaching skills.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to people challenges.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery.
• Ideally, experience within education or a related people-focused environment.
