Job summary

High Performance Consultancy Ltd. is seeking an HR Advisor to support a portfolio of SME clients with practical HR and employment law guidance. You will build strong client relationships, travel across the North West when required and deliver proactive HR support to help businesses manage people effectively.

The role combines consultancy with client relationship management, requiring both remote and on-site engagement to maximise value from HPC services.

Qualifications

CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
Experience managing employee relations casework.
Ability to build strong client relationships.
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
Full driving licence and ability to travel across the North West.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate, pragmatic HR and employment law advice across SME clients.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with designated clients.
Manage employee relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.
Support organisational change activities including consultations and restructures.
Attend client sites to support meetings, investigations and HR projects.
Draft and review contracts of employment, handbooks and HR policies.
