Job summary

Enva is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver professional HR support across Northern Ireland and Scotland operations. You will partner with managers and employees across 10 sites, providing guidance on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, absence management and policy compliance.

You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring data integrity, implementing HR processes, and driving a positive, compliant workplace culture aligned with Enva's people strategy.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is essential.
• Proven generalist HR experience in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports, monitor HR data and trends.
• Support organisational change initiatives and HR projects across NI and Scotland sites.
