Class One Traffic Management is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to lead people delivery across Scotland and Northern Ireland. The role is based at the Bonnybridge office, with occasional travel to other sites, reporting to the Managing Director and aligned with Group People governance.

You will manage a team of four specialists, drive payroll accuracy, advise managers, and ensure compliance with employment law while supporting workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR generalist, HR Manager, People Manager or combined HR and payroll role.
• Sound knowledge of employment law in Scotland with NI knowledge or ability to build it quickly.
• Hands-on payroll management experience, including validation, pensions and statutory payments.

Responsabilités

• Provide trusted people advice to leaders across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
• Lead a team of payroll, HR and recruitment professionals at the Bonnybridge office.
• Oversee end-to-end fortnightly payroll delivery and related compliance.
