Job summary

Alexander Faraday Limited is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support two nearby sites. You will drive HR strategy, oversee recruitment and talent acquisition, and champion a positive employee experience.

You will manage employee relations, provide guidance on UK employment law, coach an HR administrator, and report on HR metrics. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic, innovative environment.

• HR generalist experience including end-to-end ER cases.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor with a passion for people and processes, to support two sites within close proximity of each other. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving our HR strategy, overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting this busy site, your main responsibilities would include:
• HR management and compliance - being first point of contact for all HR related queries for this site
• Employee relations - manage and advise day to day as well as complex ER cases
• Stakeholder engagement - building relationships with key stakeholders
• Training and development support
• End to end recruitment and onboarding & HR reporting
• Supervise, coach and support the HR administrator

Requirements include:

• HR generalist experience including previous end to end ER experience (complex & day to day cases)
• Previous management or staff supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR metrics
