Job summary

Enva is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver professional HR support across its Northern Ireland and Scotland operations. You will guide managers and staff on employee relations, recruitment, performance, absence and change while ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.

Based in Carryduff, you will partner with managers across 10 sites, support payroll data, HR systems, and local policies. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law.
• Experience managing complex employee-relations cases.
• Track record delivering HR projects and initiatives.
• Experience in manufacturing or waste management industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees in NI and Scotland.
• Support disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, probation and investigations.
• Assist end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
