Job summary

Enva Group is seeking an HR Advisor to provide proactive HR support across Northern Ireland and Scotland. You will guide managers on employee relations, recruitment, performance, absence, and policy application, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

You will manage HR data, support payroll processes, and help drive HR initiatives aligned with Enva's people strategy. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or progress toward it is essential.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is essential.
• Experience in a generalist HR role across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations cases.
• Proficient with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice to managers and staff on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records, data integrity, and confidentiality; support payroll data submission.
• Produce regular HR reports on absence, turnover, headcount and employee relations metrics.
• Support learning and development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in organisational change initiatives and policy development; support HR-led projects in NI and Scotland.
• Build relationships with managers and employees across NI and Scotland and provide on-site HR support.
