TEMPLEWOOD RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to lead the HR function, supporting the General Manager with end-to-end HR operations, L&D/Organisational development and workforce capability.

The role is a hands-on standalone position focusing on shaping people practices, leading recruitment campaigns and guiding managers through change to embed a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Standalone HR advisory experience in a similar role.
• Extensive recruitment lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience delivering training and learning initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Support organisational change and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with managers to provide practical HR advice on ER, performance, absence, wellbeing and capability.
• Develop workforce and succession planning strategies.
• Design and coordinate learning and development programmes.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from advertising to onboarding.
• Review and improve HR policies and employment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and HR best practice.
• Maintain accurate HR records and workforce metrics.
• Support employee engagement and culture development.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to build management capability.
