Job summary

Vico Homes Limited in Castleford is seeking a Development Manager (New Business) to join the Development Team. You will work 37 hours per week on a permanent basis within our operating area, supporting the Growth Plan and Homes England partnership.

You will translate substantial grant funding into a deliverable pipeline, ensure schemes are viable and compliant, and build strong external partnerships with developers, landowners and local authorities to maximise housing delivery.

• Build and sustain external partnerships with developers, landowners, local authorities and other partners to maximise housing delivery.
• Support the Growth Plan and deliver the ambitious pipeline of new-build development.
