Vico Homes Limited seeks a New Homes Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing team across development projects from its Castleford base. The role focuses on driving shared ownership growth, delivering excellent customer service and shaping future home ownership opportunities for communities the organisation serves.

Formación

• Proven sales leader with significant experience in new build sales.
• Excellent commercial, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; Level 6 or CIH/CIOB or marketing body membership desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the New Homes Sales team, creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Develop and deliver innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximise sales performance.
• Use market insight and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities and shape future share ownership offers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales journey from enquiry to completion.
• Drive commercial success by monitoring performance, forecasts and budgets, improving conversion and satisfaction.
