Vico Homes in the United Kingdom seeks a Head of New Business and Delivery to lead its growth and development programme, delivering around 1,000 homes a year. You will lead the New Business and Delivery function and report to the Director of Development and Growth.

You will secure land-led and partnership opportunities, manage appraisals and negotiations, and present investment cases to the Board. A strong leadership track record in housing development is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading housing development programmes.
• Proven track record of securing and delivering complex development opportunities.
• Experience in development appraisal, land acquisition and contract negotiation.
• Experience of influencing and presenting at Executive, Committee and Board level.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing New Business and Delivery team.
• Drive delivery of the growth strategy and development programme.
• Identify, assess and secure land-led, Section 106 and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Build relationships with developers, local authorities, Homes England, landowners and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead negotiations on land acquisitions, partnership agreements and complex transactions.
• Ensure delivery meets timescales, quality standards, financial targets and regulatory requirements.
• Present business cases and investment recommendations to senior leaders, Committees and the Board.
• Oversee programme budgets, development appraisals, cashflow forecasting and financial performance.
• Develop innovative delivery models such as joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Deliver homes and communities that provide lasting value for customers and the organisation
