Based at our Head Office in Castleford, you will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, delivering strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service from enquiry to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the New Homes Sales team, creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture that delivers results and service.
• Develop and deliver innovative sales and marketing strategies that maximise sales and support new developments.
• Use market insight and data-driven decisions to identify opportunities and shape shared ownership and homeownership offers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless sales journey from enquiry to completion.
• Drive commercial success by monitoring performance, forecasts and budgets, and seeking ways to improve conversion and satisfaction.
