Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join our UK Sales team. Focused on new business, you'll identify, pursue, and close strategic deals with high-value hospitality clients across the hospitality sector in the UK.

You will demonstrate Lightspeed's POS, online ordering, and inventory management solutions, building trusted relationships with owners and senior decision-makers while consistently exceeding quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct outbound sales experience with full sales cycle.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
• Experience selling IT solutions, SaaS, or hospitality-tech is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-potential hospitality prospects and close strategic deals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to win key hospitality accounts using Lightspeed's POS, online ordering, and inventory management solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast accurately in the CRM.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate business value to decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities from outreach to close, emphasizing Lightspeed's value proposition and ROI.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets to drive growth in the UK hospitality market.
• Build relationships with owners, managers, and senior stakeholders to align Lightspeed solutions with business goals.
