Job summary

Cognition in London is seeking a Strategy & GTM Operations lead to build scalable processes for pipeline management, forecasting and revenue insights. You will partner with GTM leadership to translate business goals into repeatable workflows and ensure data accuracy across the funnel.

You will own Europe-related GTM initiatives, oversee CRM/GTM tooling, and drive deal velocity through automations, dashboards and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company.
• Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Europe strategy cross-functionally (Marketing, Advisor program, ICP, forecast, pipeline generation, QBR, target and headcount setting).
• Build and maintain the systems that power opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows.
• Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and drive deal velocity.
• Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
• Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the stack as we scale.
• Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards.
• Pilot and scale things quickly and iterate even faster.
