Job summary

Heidi UK is seeking a commercially focused GTM Operations lead to translate strategy into operating models for the UK and European markets. You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance, plus Analytics and GTM Engineering, building models, processes and reporting that scale.

You will manage data flows across HubSpot, Databricks and Omni, own forecasting, pipeline, territory design, quotas and lifecycle handoffs, and drive adoption of standardised approaches across the

• Hands-on GTM Operations experience with forecasting, territory and quota planning
• Strong commercial judgement across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
• Proficiency with data tools: SQL, Databricks, Omni
• A practical, tool-fluent systems thinker who can drive change

Responsibilities

• Turn commercial plans into working operations by building models and cadences
• Connect the full customer lifecycle across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
• Strengthen commercial execution with pipeline, forecast and customer health metrics
• Use data to support commercial decisions and explain actions
• Keep the GTM engine running with HubSpot and regional stack maintenance
