Job summary
Trading Technologies in London is seeking a GTM Operations Lead to own pipeline management, lead routing, and CRM governance, driving the revenue operating rhythm with quarterly business reviews and board reporting.
The role requires 3–6 years in Sales/Revenue Operations, hands-on Salesforce reporting, and strong process design. A Bachelor's degree and advanced Excel skills are essential; familiarity with BI tools is desirable.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Hands-on Salesforce reporting/dashboard experience
- Strong process design skills and driving adoption
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline management, stage definitions and hygiene across funnel
- Design and maintain lead routing rules and SLAs
- Set CRM governance policy with Revenue Systems Lead
- Design and improve sales processes and maintain documentation
- Support renewal/expansion handoffs with Customer Success
- Run recurring cadence: pipeline reviews, forecasts, QBRs
- Build KPI dashboards and executive reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives to completion
