Job summary

Trading Technologies in London is seeking a GTM Operations Lead to own pipeline management, lead routing, funnel design, CRM governance, and sales process design. You will run the operating rhythm with pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs/MBRs, and executive reporting to support revenue leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations or a related GTM operations role.
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting/dashboard experience.
• Strong process design skills: map funnel, write stage-gate criteria, drive adoption.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Experience running recurring operating cadences (pipeline reviews) and building executive-ready materials.
• Comfortable holding reps/managers accountable to process and meeting cadence.
• High autonomy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline management: stage definitions, exit criteria, hygiene across funnel.
• Design and maintain lead routing rules and SLAs across sales stages.
• Set CRM governance policy with Revenue Systems Lead.
• Design and improve sales process; retire steps that don’t add value.
• Support customer lifecycle touchpoints (renewal/expansion) with Customer Success.
• Own recurring revenue operations meetings calendar and cadence.
