Job summary

Trading Technologies Limited is seeking a GTM Operations Lead in London to own pipeline management, lead routing, funnel design, and CRM governance. You will run the revenue operating rhythm including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs and executive reporting.

You'll contribute to forecast accuracy through disciplined cadence and clean pipeline inputs, partnering with Revenue Ops, Sales Enablement, and Finance as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM ops role.
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting/dashboard experience.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Experience running recurring operating cadences (pipeline reviews, QBRs) and building executive-ready materials.
• Comfortable holding reps/managers accountable to process and meeting cadence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline management, stage definitions, and hygiene across funnel stages.
• Design and maintain lead routing rules and SLAs across sales stages.
• Set CRM governance policy with Revenue Systems Lead.
• Design and continuously improve sales process; retire steps that don't add value.
• Support customer lifecycle touchpoints (renewal/expansion handoffs) with Customer Success.
• Own and run recurring cadence: pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, board meetings.
• Build KPI dashboards and executive reporting packages.
• Track cross-functional GTM initiatives to completion.
