Job summary

Teciem is seeking an experienced Corporate Strategy Manager to shape the company’s strategic direction and drive growth through M&A and technology acquisitions. You will influence executive decisions, develop business strategies, and deliver actionable plans that create long-term value.

You will partner with cross‑functional leaders to align product, commercial priorities, and financial planning, while leading market assessments and due diligence processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Strategy, M&A Advisory within a Consulting firm.
• Proven ability to navigate complex sales environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape strategic business plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market assessments, market benchmarking, and emerging technology evaluations (cloud, AI, digital finance).
• Develop strategic business cases and influence executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Translate insights into strategic business plans that align with corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
• Lead deal execution, including due diligence and post-merger integration, ensuring seamless value creation.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to provide updates and feed reporting into the SLT.
• Partner with CFO to analyze potential acquisitions' financials and support the bid process with data and analysis.
• Work with CRO to develop local market strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Align product and commercial priorities with Chief Product Officer and CRO.
• Deliver advanced financial analysis, market sizing, and market trend insights for strategic decisions.
• Prepare board-ready reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with C-Suite executives, external advisors, and VCs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to support financial planning and strategic initiatives.
