Schroders is seeking a proactive Corporate Development Manager to shape and deliver the firm’s strategic growth agenda. You’ll own workstreams across transactions, partner with senior stakeholders, and coordinate advisers to drive M&A, partnerships, and investments.

You will build financial models, develop business cases, and present recommendations to senior decision makers while maintaining governance and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret financial statements and value drivers.
• Experience developing and evaluating business cases, target screening, and commercial assessment.
• Proven ability to manage governance processes and coordinate across Finance, Legal, Risk and Tax.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior management and boards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver workstreams across corporate development including M&A, partnerships and strategic investments from screening to execution.
• Develop and evaluate strategic business cases and risk considerations.
• Manage transaction processes, governance, and liaison with internal and external advisers.
• Build, review and interpret financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario assessments.
• Coordinate due diligence across Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Tax and other teams.
• Prepare materials for senior management forums, board and committee documentation.
• Maintain industry trend awareness to inform strategic priorities and pipeline.
