Job summary

Freshminds and a leading global engineering organisation are seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to join a high-calibre team. You will build and manage a pipeline of strategic growth and acquisition opportunities, and support M&A from evaluation through execution.

You will conduct financial analyses, engage with senior stakeholders, and contribute to long-term growth plans within a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years' experience within M&A, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• A genuine interest in engineering, technology and innovation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a small, high-calibre team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic growth and acquisition opportunities.
• Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including market analysis, due diligence, valuation and execution.
• Conduct financial and commercial analysis of potential acquisition targets and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance internal databases of opportunities, market intelligence and competitor activity.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth plans.
