Job summary

Consult is seeking a senior Technology M&A leader to drive engagements for corporate and private equity clients, leveraging deep technology expertise across due diligence, integrations, separations and post-deal programmes.

You will build senior stakeholder relationships, shape propositions, mentor teams and contribute to growth across geographies, leveraging extensive market knowledge and deal experience.

Qualifications

• Significant and recent Technology M&A experience in consulting or private equity environments.
• Strong understanding of technology across strategy, due diligence, integration and separation.

Responsibilities

• Lead major Technology M&A engagements for corporates and PE clients.
• Plan and deliver technology due diligence, integrations, separations, and other transaction programmes.
• Build relationships with C-suite and investors; develop client proposals and pitches.
