Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology.
• Ability to lead teams, manage workstreams, and engage senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop business and growth strategy for clients.
• Structure and independently drive fast-paced client engagements with workplans and analyses.
• Interact directly with senior clients and shape strategic initiatives.
• Connect business capabilities, product and technology to enterprise strategy and value.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and oversee operating model design and integration.
• Lead engagement teams and ensure high-quality client service.
• Collaborate across divisions to move recommendations into execution.
