Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Senior Corporate Strategy Manager to shape portfolio strategy and competitive positioning across Europe. You will partner with senior leadership to drive growth, identify new opportunities, and lead the strategic planning process with a hands-on, hypothesis-driven approach.

The role requires 3+ years in top-tier consulting and additional strategy experience in industrials, with a flexible across-Europe location and up to 20% travel. A STEM or MBA background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
• Experience in top-tier consulting and strategic roles in industrials is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to lead with a hypothesis-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist strategy development to frame growth and profitability decisions.
• Lead cross-functional projects to refine where to play and how to win.
• Develop insights from market trends, competitive data and technology advances.
• Guide primary/secondary research and annual strategy deployment.
• Foster executive alignment and resource allocation within the strategy plan.
