Job summary

BMT seeks a Senior Business Development Manager – Land Air Joint & Space to drive sustainable growth across multiple defence domains. You will shape opportunities, lead capture efforts, and build relationships with key government and industry stakeholders.

You will coordinate with Future Business, Programs, Capability, Commercial and Finance to deliver differentiating, robust solutions while navigating strong commercial and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growing revenue through strategic market development and customer engagement.
• Experience leading capture activities and win strategies in defence or adjacent markets.
• Strong ability to qualify opportunities, position solutions, and shape proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline across Land, Air, Joint and Space markets.
• Lead high-value capture activities with cross-functional teams.
• Build trusted relationships with defence organisations, government agencies and partners.
• Provide strategic guidance on market positioning and investment priorities.
