Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Defence Land and Air Business Manager to shape the growth strategy across Land and Air domains, working with technical teams and senior leadership to deliver defence solutions. The role is hybrid and based across Bristol, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Falmouth or Liverpool.

The candidate will lead BD activities, shape strategic plans, and oversee proposals while mentoring colleagues in BD practices.

Qualifications

• Background in UK defence sector with consultancy experience.
• Expertise in Land and Air systems (Land Systems, Soldier Systems, Crewed/Uncrewed Air Systems, Autonomous Platforms, CyberEM Defence).
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development and capture management.
• Strong leadership and ability to build long-term collaborative relationships.

Join a leading engineering consultancy as a Defence Land and Air Business Manager. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the organisation's growth strategy across the Land and Air domains, working closely with technical teams and senior leadership to deliver innovative solutions to defence customers.

Location and Working Pattern

Hybrid role can be based out of any of the following locations: Bristol, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Falmouth or Liverpool.
