In this highly autonomous role within the Future Business team, you will build pipelines, guide qualification, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, differentiated solutions across complex defence environments.

• Extensive business development experience in defence/government markets.
• Experience building high-quality pipelines and securing new business.
• Strong opportunity capture and win strategy skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across Land, Air, Joint & Space markets.
• Lead capture activities and coordinate cross-functional teams to shape competitive proposals.
• Provide strategic guidance on qualification, market positioning and investment priorities.
• Engage with senior customers and stakeholders to influence opportunities from early stages.
