The role demands a proven track record in selling complex transformation projects and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-growth environment across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex consultancy or transformation-led engagements.
• Ability to operate at C-level with senior stakeholders.
• Strong origination and deal-shaping capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full front end sales lifecycle: identifying, engaging, and winning new consulting engagements.
• Map and target senior decision-makers within investor-backed organisations.
• Open doors at C-suite level and develop long-term advisory relationships.
• Diagnose business challenges and transformation opportunities and position bespoke consultancy-led solutions.
• Secure new engagements and hand over to delivery teams.
