Job summary

Tails.com seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end coordination of complex technology transformations across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations and business teams. You will create an integrated delivery view, identifying dependencies, risks, and decisions to keep initiatives moving, while working with Product Managers and Lead Engineers without replacing their accountability.

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering large, cross‑functional technology programmes.
Strong technical understanding and credibility with engineering leaders.
Proven ability to lead in Agile environments.
Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management.
Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
Experience working with Product and Engineering managers.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery coordination of complex tech transformation initiatives.
Create and maintain an integrated transformation delivery plan across squads.
Map and track cross-squad dependencies, sequencing and critical paths.
Provide programme-level visibility of risks, issues and decisions.
Coordinate with Product and Engineering leadership to align roadmaps.
Drive priority setting and trade-off decisions at programme level.
Ensure timely delivery from discovery through implementation and migration.
Collaborate with third-party partners as needed.
