St John Ambulance is seeking a commercially focused professional in the United Kingdom to shape new services and propositions. You will work across Strategy, Commercial, Sales and Operations to turn insights into market-ready offerings.

The role demands strong business development, strategic thinking and the ability to build clear business cases with P&L implications, while engaging senior stakeholders to drive growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying new commercial opportunities through market insight and customer needs.
• Ability to develop business cases and operating models with financial impact.
• Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders across Strategy, Commercial, Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design and develop operating models for new services and propositions.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze market data and customer insights to increase market share and revenue.
• Take strategic opportunities from concept to a market-ready proposition with viable P&L.
• Develop operating models and P&L for new services and propositions across stakeholders.
• Work with Sales, Operations and internal teams to ensure commercial viability and deliverability.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and diversification into new services and markets.
• Explore new routes to market to support commercial objectives.
• Support development of potential inorganic growth opportunities.
• Develop compelling business cases and recommendations for decision-making.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to align with strategic objectives.
