Qualifications

• Hands-on D2C retention experience in a high-growth subscription business.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in retention metrics.
• Experience with subscription and replenishment models in consumables.
• Experience operating in regulated categories with compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Audit and improve Enhanced’s data infrastructure, sources, pipelines, and reporting.
• Build a single source of truth for core metrics including revenue, CAC, contribution margin, LTV, retention, and churn.
• Build self‑serve dashboards providing daily visibility into performance by product and channel.
• Develop and improve marketing measurement, including attribution and incrementality testing.
• Build cohort, LTV, profitability, and forecasting models to support growth and investment decisions.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product to turn data into actionable business decisions.
