Job summary

PHD UK is seeking a Data Strategy Business Director to lead and grow data strategy and performance analytics services across the agency and its brands. You will shape client data strategy, testing agendas, and analytics capabilities while managing a team of four, including data strategists and analysts.

This senior role requires translating complex data concepts into actionable client solutions, driving data maturity and adoption of analytics offerings across campaigns and media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: Lead the development and actual execution of data strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Client Collaboration: Act as the Data Strategy client partner for senior clients to improve data maturity using first-party data, Acxiom data, CPD capabilities, clean rooms, reporting and analytics.
• Data Mastery: Oversee analysis of campaign and client business data to identify drivers of growth and translate them into actionable insights.
• Drive adoption of data and technology solutions to enhance team capabilities and enable scalable data practices.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data solutions from planning through testing, implementation and deployment.
• Serve as the primary client POC for data and audience strategy, translating requirements into actionable technical solutions.
