Job summary

PHD UK is seeking a Data Strategy Business Director to lead and grow data strategy and performance analytics across its consultancy Beyond and client brands. You will craft, execute, and oversee innovative data strategies, leveraging analytics to drive client success and business outcomes.

You will partner with senior clients to mature data capabilities, test agendas, and develop a compelling data narrative.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading data strategy and performance analytics across brands.
• Experience partnering with senior clients to mature data capabilities.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams including analysts and data engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of data strategy aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee analytics delivery, testing, and deployment of data-driven insights.
• Partner with clients to improve data maturity using first-party data, clean rooms and measurement solutions.
• Manage a four-person team including data strategists and analysts; mentor and develop capabilities.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate ROI of data initiatives.
• Collaborate across agency domains to integrate data strategy into broader client work.
