SF Executive partners with a privately owned business to recruit a Finance Director during a growth phase. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the finance function across Financial Operations and Business Intelligence, using data to drive performance and strengthen controls.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, develop a high-performing analytics capability with Power BI/Tableau, and oversee budgeting, forecasting and governance to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountants with FD/Head of Finance experience in a fast-paced business.
• Experience leading a finance function and BI analytics teams.
• Strong commercial finance partnering and business stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Leading and developing the Finance function, including Financial Operations and BI Analysts.
• Partnering with the Executive team to provide commercial support and challenge across the business.
• Developing analytics capability with real-time reporting and meaningful management information.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis.
• Ensuring robust financial control, governance and reporting.
