Job summary

Chaucer Group is seeking a senior Group Reporting professional to lead the preparation, review, and coordination of internal and external reporting across the group. Based in London, you will work autonomously, partnering with finance and wider business functions to ensure timely, accurate reporting in line with Group policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes ownership of significant reporting deliverables, engagement with senior stakeholders, and ongoing participation in finance

Qualifications

Experience in Big 4 or Top 10 audit and advisory firms.
Experience auditing consolidated accounts for a large group of companies.
Experience preparing, reviewing and presenting financial reporting for senior management, Boards and committees.
Experience managing complex reporting deliverables with minimal supervision.
Exposure to Lloyd's of London syndicate accounting and reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

Produce, review and coordinate Chaucer Group reporting to the parent company and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting and related analysis.
Lead IFRS conversion processes for risk margins and liability testing.
Support external regulatory reporting and ratings agency data submissions.
Build strong relations with Finance and wider business including auditors and risk teams.
