Job summary

Chaucer Group is seeking a capital management professional to support the Group and subsidiary capital planning, policy, risk framework and reporting. The role spans execution of capital structures, dividend planning and regulatory submissions.

You will work with the Deputy Head of Capital Management and Group Head of Investments & Treasury across Lloyd's, China Re and Irish underwriting entities to optimise the capital stack and reporting routines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in financial services.
• Insurance industry experience desirable.
• Part or fully qualified actuary or accountant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deputy Head of Capital Management on capital planning reporting.
• Own capital reporting to Group Head of Investments & Treasury and other stakeholders.
• Lead or support debt/equity structuring and capital rebalancing activities.
• Coordinate capital strategy execution across the group, subsidiaries and Lloyd's/China Re.
