Job summary

Chaucer, a leading Lloyd’s insurance group, seeks a senior Capital Management professional in London to help manage capital policy, risk framework, and dividend strategy across group and subsidiary levels. You will oversee execution, reporting, and regulatory submissions while coordinating with boards, regulators, and key partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial services and insurance preferred.
• Experience with capital processes and balance sheets.
• Strong report writing and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Capitalize on capital management execution and related reporting.
• Own capital reporting to Group Head of Investments & Treasury and other stakeholders.
• Support or lead capital strategy, dividend policy, and debt strategy.
• Coordinate with Lloyd’s, China Re, and Irish underwriting entities on capital plans.
• Collaborate with Tax, CRO, and Finance teams on capital optimisation.
