You will deliver first-line HR advice, support recruitment activities, manage HR administration, and ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation. Key responsibilities include recruitment coordination, ER guidance, lifecycle administration, and reporting on absence and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities from advertising to onboarding.
• Provide first-line HR guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management processes.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, contractual changes, and HR system updates.
• Maintain HR records and produce reports on key metrics such as absence and turnover.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with HR projects, policy updates, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Build effective relationships with managers, employees, and union representatives across the business.
