Job summary

Anderson Knight is seeking an HR Adviser based in Glasgow to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team in a broad generalist role. You will work closely with leaders across the business to provide practical HR support and deliver people initiatives aligned with organisational goals.

You will cover the full employee lifecycle, with emphasis on employee relations and policy compliance, while promoting best practice and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Advising and supporting managers on HR matters, including employee relations, performance, absence and engagement.
• Managing ER cases in line with legislation and policies.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and talent development activities.
• Assisting with implementation of HR initiatives and processes.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Analyzing HR data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Contributing to HR projects and organisational change.
