Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced HR Business Advisor / Senior HR Advisor to join a leading global organisation in Glasgow on a 12-month contract. You will support managers, employees and HR Business Partner teams with hands-on HR advisory across employee relations, performance management and absence cases.

Based in Glasgow, the role is four days per week in the office. You will coach managers, manage Occupational Health cases, support recruitment and HR initiatives, and provide HR reporting

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of HR Generalist, HR Advisor or HRBP experience.
• Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience.
• Experience with performance management and absence.
• Comfortable using HR systems/HRIS.

I'm currently looking for an experienced HR Business Advisor / Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading global organisation in Glasgow.

This is a hands-on HR advisory role supporting managers, employees and HR Business Partner teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide HR advice across employee relations matters
• Support performance management and absence cases
