Job summary

EY is seeking a Business Development Associate Director in the Government & Infrastructure sector in the UK. The role focuses on creating and executing a strategic growth plan, driving market demand, and managing the complete sales cycle from engagement to contract negotiation.

• Proven track record selling to government agencies and understanding public sector procurement.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: design and implement targeted BD strategies for accounts.
• Relationship Management with government officials and agencies to grow opportunities.
• Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with EY capabilities and goals.
• Lead proposals, bids, and presentations with internal teams for high-quality submissions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from engagement to negotiation and closure.
• Stay informed on government market trends, procurement processes, and regulations.
• Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and legal for cohesive BD efforts.
